Getting your test results
Once a doctor has reviewed your results, you can get them by:
- viewing them securely on the NHS App – they will be available as soon as the GP has seen them.
- Click on this link to send a query to our Admin Team about your test results: https://accurx.nhs.uk/patient-initiated/C82092/flow/test-results
- phone or visit the practice between 10.00 – 18.30 and we will tell you what the results are. Please be aware, while Reception Staff will be able to tell you what your results are, they will NOT be able to discuss what they mean/indicate and next steps etc as they are not medical professionals. You will need to book a telephone appointment with a GP if you wish to discuss your results.
- The practice will contact you directly if any follow-up or action is needed when the GP receives and reviews your results.
Questions about your results
If you want to talk to someone about your results, you will need to book an appointment with the healthcare professional who requested the tests. This can usually be done over the telephone, without the need to come into the practice.
