To book an appointment at the practice, you can:

We offer:

  • Pre-bookable appointments for routine issues up to 2 weeks in advance
  • On-the-day appointments for urgent issues
  • Consultations can be either face-to-face, telephone, or on-line (where appropriate and depending on clinical need)

Please note:

  • Please make one appointment for each member of the family who needs to be seen
  • We try to keep to time but please be patient if someone before you takes longer than planned
  • Appointments are normally ten minute slots, so if you have a complicated problem, or more than one problem, more than 1 appointment may be required to deal with them all
  • We cannot advise a specific time you will be called if you have a telephone appointment booked with a GP, Practice Nurse or Clinical Pharmacists. Please keep your phone switched on and with you on the day of your appointment.
  • If you miss the call from the clinician, you will have to book another appointment – they CANNOT call you back if you do not answer at the time of your appointment due them needing to keep appointments with other patients.
