Registering with the surgery
To register with the surgery:
- Complete an online registration using the new NHS online registration service which is quick and secure. The service is designed and run by the NHS so you know your personal information is safe. - fill out a paper registration form and drop it into the practice- New patient registration form
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
New registrations are usually processed within 7 days. If you have submitted a form to join the practice and need to book an appointment within the first 7 days, please call the practice and speak to a member of our Reception Team on 0116 2837825
