Healthcare for Children – common childhood illnesses

It’s normal for children to catch common illnesses as they grow, such as colds, tummy bugs, or ear infections. While it can be worrying to see your child unwell, these illnesses are usually mild and part of building a strong immune system. Most clear up on their own with rest, fluids, and comfort at home. If you’re ever unsure, or if your child’s symptoms seem unusual or more severe, reaching out to your doctor or nurse is always the right step. Remember—you know your child best, and you’re not alone in looking after them.
