Patients utilising GP Services have access to a complimentary interpreting service provided by Word360, which includes interpretation in various languages.
We do not allow the use of children as interpreters during your treatment or appointments.
A member of the Practice Team overseeing your treatment or appointment will coordinate the interpreter. To ensure effective support, it’s crucial to inform us of your need for interpreting assistance as soon as possible. Ideally, notify us at the time of booking your GP appointment.
For Hospital appointments, please notify the Ward or Department promptly upon receiving your appointment to request an interpreter. If necessary, a friend or relative proficient in English can convey your need for an interpreter during your initial contact.
If you need to cancel your appointment or treatment, kindly inform us promptly to avoid hindering another patient’s access to necessary assistance.
