here are a range of options provided by the NHS and charities, to support your mental health from talking therapies and apps to help support at times when you are vulnerable or in a crisis.

Call 999 or go to A&E now if someone’s life is at immediate risk – for example, they have seriously injured themselves or taken an overdose, you do not feel you can keep yourself or someone else safe.

If you are in crisis, needing urgent mental health advice or having difficulty managing g self-harming thoughts please call the Central Access Point (CAP) on 0808 800 3302, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
